Every session is designed to be bespoke to your needs. Typically, in your first session Louise will discuss your starting point or ‘baseline’ situation with you. The idea is to determine your priorities and to initiate how we can achieve your hopes, dreams and aspirations. If you are not sure what exactly you are aiming for, this is fine. Yourself and Louise will work together to define your priorities.
Future sessions will involve a check-in at the start of the conversation to allow for any feedback. Project Gold Psychology life coaching sessions are flexible. You are more than welcome to change the focus of your sessions, this is a true reflection of life and to be expected.
